Our Faith
We are a reformed, evangelical, Christian congregation whose denominational affiliation is with the Presbyterian Church in America. The PCA is a young, fast-growing denomination, committed to the Word of God and the theology of the Protestant
Reformation. "Presbyterian" refers to the representative form of church government that we practice. Spiritually qualified men, called elders (presbyters) are elected by the congregation to rule and direct the church under Christ, its Head. For more information about what we believe, please visit our denomination's website.
Our Mission
Our mission is to be:
Satisfied in God
Loving One Another
Doing Good in the World
Our motivation for the latter two comes from the first. Having our desires satisfied in God by receiving grace from Him, we are then free to love one another and do good in the world. Because we have received freely, we can give freely. (Click here for more information.)
Our Values
We are a church family that pursues majestic, God-centered worship; proclaims a Bible-based, grace-oriented message; and engages in simple, Spirit-led ministry, outreach, and mission.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is big and simple: To draw attention to the majesty of God and to enjoy Him forever. |
